ORDERING INSTRUCTIONS You may place an order by phone, fax, and e-mail, or for watches, by using the online form on the individual watch page (click its thumbnail picture on the catalog page). Please provide stock number and brief description of the item and your contact information. We will notify you regarding availability. If available, please tell us to hold your choice and advise payment method and shipping preferences. We welcome quality watches and jewelry in trade. New clients may prepay by bank check, charge card, wire, or personal check. Personal checks held until cleared. Bank checks must be verified by the issuing bank before shipment is released. We gladly accept domestic credit cards: Sorry, we cannot accept foreign credit cards. Payments may be made by bank wire or PayPal instead. Click here for our PayPal page. Credit card information should be provided by phone or fax (please provide complete name and billing address, including postal code, and phone number at billing address of card holder; also type of card, expiration date, and card security code along with card number). All credit card users unknown to us will be asked to fax a letter confirming the order with a signature and a copy of the card and a valid photo ID.
