We offer one year full warranty on our modern timepieces and six months full warranty on vintage. Watches accompanied by valid manufacturer's warranty are still covered by manufacturer. We request you have us send these timepieces in to factory on your behalf. Please email or call us to arrange warranty repair service.

We will service any watch purchased from Paul Duggans for the life of ownership, if your watch is out of warranty and in need of service please contact us to arrange delivery of your timepiece and our watchmaker will provide an estimate to repair your timepiece. A $50 handling charge will apply to declined non warranty service estimates.

On average it takes 4 to 8 weeks from the date of estimate approval for our watchmaker to service your timepiece. If your watch requires extensive work or a factory service it may take longer.

Our testing includes time-testing, amplitude, inspection of the watch case, crystal, bracelet and buckle components and a 24-hour bench test. We test water-resistance when applicable. **vintage watches will not be guaranteed water resistant**

1 year from date of service invoice. This warranty covers all mechanical components and case water resistance to manufacturers’ standards. This warranty does not cover general wear and tear, crystal, crown, external cosmetics, internal damage due to abuse/shock are not covered. Water damage due to misuse, open crown or hot tub usage is not covered. Any service intervention or tampering by anyone other than Paul Duggans will void warranty unless discussed prior to intervention. **This warranty does not apply to transactions within the jewelry trade.**
